I invested in real estate for years before I became an attorney for investors. I made the switch from criminal prosecutor to asset protection attorney, when we had a lawsuit involving one of our properties.

Through that lawsuit, I learned:

1. Most lawyers will take your money to protect you and then take it again when things go wrong

2. The best defense is a good offense.

3. There's a lot more to protect than just assets.

I started my law firm with the goal to be the attorney I wish I had as a real estate investor. Along the way, I realized that the law firm model isn't always the best solution for the daily legal decisions, we real estate investors make.

That's why in 2020, I created my template shop to help investors confidently and correctly tackle the legal stuff without the expensive attorney cost.

I believe you should never need asset protection from your asset protection and you can totally learn to be your own best advocate
